Individual (Patron) Underwriting Contract

The theme “Hearts of Gold” recognizes all who made Mardi Gras successful for 19 years. Young women who might not otherwise have the opportunity to receive a private school education are given the possibility of attending Ursuline Academy through the scholarship fund.

All proceeds from Mardi Gras – 100% – go directly to the Ursuline Academy Scholarship Fund. In 2009-10, the Academy will grant approximately $810,000 in financial assistance and merit awards to 159 deserving young women.

Due in large part to the success of the 2009 Auction, scholarships are awarded to qualified and deserving young women who might not otherwise be able to experience an Ursuline education.

In an effort to fund the cost of hosting a gala of this quality and size, we are offering Corporate Sponsorships. In exchange for your generosity, we are offering opportunities to promote your business or corporation. We are preparing magnificent signage based on our professional logo design that will be strategically placed the night of the event. You will also receive a full-page ad in the program. With approximately 1,000 guests at the event and over 800 families enrolled in Ursuline Academy, our goal is for you to have as much exposure in the community as possible. All underwriting and gifts will be acknowledged in the Mardi Gras Ball Program the night of the Ball.
